RIMENCHÈRES SAS
Located on Rue Lincoln, just off Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Rimenchères is an auction house founded by Rim Mezghani, a specialist in Islamic and Indian art, and Raphaële Laxan, a licensed auctioneer.
The firm supports collectors, institutions, and art enthusiasts in the valuation and sale of their works, offering themed auctions and tailored strategies for each collection.
Rim Mezghani, a specialist for over 15 years, notably founded the Islamic Art department at Christie’s Paris before establishing Rim’s Art in 2009.
Raphaële Laxan, an auctioneer since 2009, worked for 13 years at Binoche et Giquello in Paris, following her training at Christie’s.
The two partners previously worked together at Christie’s, notably on the landmark sale of the Charles Gillot Collection in 2008, which set a record in France for Islamic art.
Founded in 2021, Rim Enchères offers a complementary approach to Rim’s Art, with curated sales highlighting the decorative appeal of antique works.
Their combined expertise ensures bespoke guidance and a high standard of service.
