SET OF HAJJ SOUVENIRS: AL-BURAQ, TWO HAJJ CERTIFICATES AND THREE SATIN EMBROIDERIES. SAUDI ARABIA, MEDINA, 20th CENTURY. EMBROIDERIES SIGNED ABDULLAH REZA AL KHATTAT. Three lithographs: two Certificates of Pilgrimage and an illustration of Buraq (Torn and missing), color lithographs on beige paper, Al-Buraq The composite animal with crowned woman's head, horse's body and bird's wings flies over a mosque (Torn and worn), the certificates attesting to the completion of the pilgrimage to Mecca, enhanced with garland decoration, depicting the Ka'aba and the interior of the sanctuary. Dim. 27x37 cm and 24x30 cm and 40.5 x 53 cm. There are also three embroideries, two on a green background signed Abdullah reza al Khattat, 41 x 63 cm, and one on a white background signed Muhammad Ali al-Khattat, 45 x 47 cm.
