WOMAN'S COAT (DZUBE) UNCUT OTTOMAN EMPIRE, BALKANS (KOSOVO), 19th CENTURY Red velvet embroidered in gold with leaning palms, cypresses and flowers, then embroidered with gold braid, gold braided on the sides (two cuts to the velvet). Part of the gold braid detached. 102 x 190 cm Expert : Monsieur Aymeric DE VILLELUME Formerly attributed to Macedonia, the British Museum has classified these works as being from Kosovo.
