Calligraphy, 17th century; Miniature, Khorassan, ca. 1575 Ink, gouache and gold on paper. The calligraphy accompanied by applied illuminated registers, a lower triangle, featuring a different paper, inscribed with the name of Mir Khalil Qalandar, probably added during assembly, the green margins, decorated with painted animals highlighted with gold. The painting, on the front, represents two dancing dervishes, a musician and two people watching, the margins are decorated with flowers and tchi clouds on blue paper. Condition : Water marks, repaints, restorations, wear. Page : 29,3 x 19,5 cm ; Calligraphy : 15 x 8,5 cm ; Painting : 15,3 x 9 cm The calligrapher Mir Khalil Qalandar to whom this page is attributed could be the famous calligrapher Mir Khalillulah because that is how he signed.
