The colophon shows an area of tearing, where part of the copyist's name has been rewritten, a possible reading of which would be as follows: Isma'il Rassoumi), pupil of al-hajj Ismail known as al-Khaffaf Zadeh, pupil of Ibrahim Effendi, known as Kurat Zadeh, pupil of Hafiz Osman".
