Calligrapher's signature "kataba-hu Imād al-Ḥasanī ghafar la-hu" Inscribed from a ghazal by Amir Khusraw, a 13th/14th-century Persian poet from India, mounted on a page of album margins decorated with floral scrolls in gold. Possessor's seal dated, 1291H/1874, and an old inventory label. A CALLIGRAPHIC ALBUM PAGE (GHAZAL FROM AMIR KHUSRAW) BY MIR EMAD HASANI, PERSIA, SAFAVID, 16TH/17TH CENTURY.
