Text in thuluth and naskh script. The first panel with one line of thuluth and three lines of naskh, bordered by two floral cartouches on a gold background; the second panel with one line of thuluth and two lines of tawqi' text, signed 'Abd al-Qadir al-Hamdi (Abdülkadir Hamdi), known as Hafiz al-Qur'an, and dated 1189 AH / 1775-76, surrounded by two gold scroll cartouches.
